Leecent Blake, Field Supervisor

An experienced plumbing professional with close to 3 decades of industry experience, and 3 years served as an Area Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all foremen, specialized field teams, and plumbing projects on construction sites. He also actively mentors in our leadership program and instructs in the field. Known for his skills in communication, time management, coordination, and quality control, he is dedicated to field safety and compliance with plumbing building codes. We are pleased to have Leecent as a valued member of the Alpadex family.

Our team of Foremen consist of highly skilled professionals who oversee field operations and collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. An experienced professional with over 9 years of expertise in Construction accounting and supervision of operations. In her capacity as CFO, Carolina assumes a multifaceted role, which includes the execution of financial strategy, the formulation of growth plans aimed at enhancing company profitability while simultaneously reducing expenses, and the identification of promising investment opportunities. She oversees the Human Resources department, manages both accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensures the precision of financial reporting. Furthermore, Carolina serves as a liaison with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, cultivating robust working relationships. In addition, she provides supervision for the office team and collaborates closely with the Estimating and Field team operations. Motivational Instructor and Curriculum designer, with 16 years of excellent customer service relations, over 5 years of case management across government, public, and nonprofit sectors, and 4 years of education & training experience. Responsible for Company Marketing, Policy, Employee Development, and Safety. Passionate about Mentorship, Servant Leadership, Diversity, Social Learning, Data Analysis, and the Advancement of Adults across all disciplines. Degree Specialization: Curriculum Development & Instruction. DeAndra is an active member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, Pi Lambda Theta, and the National Society of Leadership & Success.

CAD Drafter

Experienced Plumber, boasting eight years of field experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential plumbing. Currently undergoing cross-training in draft design, Jerome has shown excellent progress. His primary responsibilities involve interpreting and designing plumbing layouts using Auto-CAD for new construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and schedules. Jerome excels in communication, effectively modifying designs based on stakeholder feedback. His keen eye for detail, adaptability to challenges, and level-headed approach make him a valuable asset to our expanding team. He continues to be trained and mentored by our CEO & Certified Plumbing Designer.

Luis Crespo, Jr.

Lead Estimator & AutoCAD drafter

Devoted Lead Estimator with 7+ years in customer service and 2 years as a plumbing assistant. As a former FAU chemistry and ROTC Honor student, he has transferred his love of interactive 3-D modeling, animation, and gaming to plumbing design. Whether it is reading, analyzing architectural plans, designing plumbing layouts for proper specifications, bidding, or tracking costs and preparing estimates, he rises to the challenge. Luis plays a unique role as he is dually trained in estimating and CAD. He continues to grow and provide critical support to the team. He holds Procore certifications in BIM, Project Management, Estimation, and Quality and Safety. Currently, mentored by CEO & Certified Plumbing Designer.

Senior Project Coordinator

Dedicated Senior Project Coordinator with 3 years of project management experience. Seasoned in studying plans and specifications, monitoring and overseeing the bidding process, developing proposals, and submittal packages. She enjoys liaising with diverse teams, construction project managers, and suppliers making sure all deadlines are met. Responsible for guiding and overseeing the functions and efficiency of her team through instruction and management. Ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations. Warehouse Supervisory Team

Our supervisory warehouse team provides excellent support and guidance to ensure that all operations run smoothly. They are responsible for overseeing warehouse team associates, equipment, and supplies. In addition to onsite maintenance and construction of prefabrication stations, they provide a direct line to the field in scheduling repairs, purchasing, packaging, supplying material, finalizing delivery, and transportation. They are always available to answer any questions and address any concerns that arise, and they work hard to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to keeping our warehouse running smoothly.
