An experienced professional with over 9 years of expertise in Construction accounting and supervision of operations. In her capacity as CFO, Carolina assumes a multifaceted role, which includes the execution of financial strategy, the formulation of growth plans aimed at enhancing company profitability while simultaneously reducing expenses, and the identification of promising investment opportunities. She oversees the Human Resources department, manages both accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensures the precision of financial reporting. Furthermore, Carolina serves as a liaison with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, cultivating robust working relationships.

Experienced Plumber, boasting eight years of field experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential plumbing. Currently undergoing cross-training in draft design, Jerome has shown excellent progress. His primary responsibilities involve interpreting and designing plumbing layouts using Auto-CAD for new construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and schedules. Jerome excels in communication, effectively modifying designs based on stakeholder feedback. His keen eye for detail, adaptability to challenges, and level-headed approach make him a valuable asset to our expanding team. He continues to be trained and mentored by our CEO & Certified Plumbing Designer.

Seasoned in preparing and estimating budget costs for plumbing construction projects by studying plans and specifications, monitoring and overseeing the bidding process, developing proposals and submittal packages, tracking costs, liaising with diverse teams, construction project managers, and suppliers, and making sure deadlines are met. Responsible for guiding and overseeing the functions and efficiency of her team through instruction and management. Ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations. Luis Crespo, Jr.
BIM Specialist, CAD Engineer & Estimator
Devoted BIM Specialist, CAD Engineer, & Estimator with 7+ years in customer service and 1.5 years as a plumbing assistant. As a former FAU chemistry and ROTC Honor student, he has transferred his love of interactive 3-D modeling, animation, and gaming to plumbing design. Whether it is reading, analyzing architectural plans, designing plumbing layouts for proper specifications, or bidding and preparing estimates, he rises to the challenge. Luis plays a unique role as he is dual-trained in both estimating and CAD. He continues to grow and provide critical support to the team. He holds Procore certifications in BIM, Project Management, Estimation, and Quality and Safety. Furthermore, he continues to demonstrate excellent teamwork, initiative, creativity, and fortitude in fast-paced environments. Currently, mentored by CEO & Certified Designer.

Junior Estimator
Diligent Junior Project Estimator with a track record of delivering top-notch customer service spanning more than 5 years across diverse roles including Central Station Operator, Dispatcher, Sales Representative, Warehouse Receiving Associate, and Machine Operator. His jovial spirit, keen eye for detail, and diligence in learning and organization serve him well in his current position. He remains an avid team player assisting the Senior Project Coordinator, compiling estimates, and submittal packages, interacting with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Likewise, he dutifully monitors all active projects, reviews plans, and provides fixture counts, take-offs, and change orders as needed. He is a great addition to the Alpadex team.
Warehouse Supervisory Team
Our supervisory warehouse team provides excellent support and guidance to ensure that all operations run smoothly. They are responsible for overseeing warehouse team associates, equipment, and supplies. In addition to onsite maintenance and construction of prefabrication stations, they provide a direct line to the field in scheduling repairs, purchasing, packaging, supplying material, finalizing delivery, and transportation. They are always available to answer any questions and address any concerns that arise, and they work hard to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to keeping our warehouse running smoothly.
